Jaggery
Jaggery contains more nutrients than refined sugar.
As it is a rich source of iron, it is the best food to increase hemoglobin levels.
As per Ayurveda, jaggery helps in digestion. Hence most of the Indian families eat jaggery after food.
It gives relief from migraines and helps to remove blood clots post-delivery.
