End Has To Be Sweet

Hey guys, today is the last day of our Non-stop 7 blogs.

As every Bollywood film has a happy ending, we will also do a SWEET ENDING.

Our today’s blog is about the benefits of chocolates. Chocolates are everyone’s favourite. We always scold children for eating chocolate, but today I will share the benefits of it. So today’s blog is definitely loved by children, as well as we adults too.

Dark chocolate is very beneficial than milk chocolate as it has less sugar. So prefer dark chocolate over milk chocolate.

Dark chocolate contains soluble fiber and lots of amount of minerals like – iron, magnesium, copper, manganese, potassium, phosphorus, and zinc. Dark chocolate contains more antioxidants. What are antioxidants? – it is a substance that prevents damage to our cells caused by free radicals.

Dark chocolate helps to lower the blood pressure. Flavanols in it stimulate the lining of arteries, to produce Nitric oxide. Nitric oxide sends signals to arteries to relax, which brings down blood pressure. So if your blood pressure is on the higher side, grab a piece of chocolate.

Eating dark chocolate helps to prevent heart disease. Eating dark chocolate at least two times in a week lowers the risk of having calcified plaque in the arteries by almost 32%.

It also helps to improve brain function. So if you eat high flavanol dark chocolate for five days, it improves blood supply to the brain.

If you feel nauseated, put a piece of chocolate in your mouth and you will be fine within a few minutes.

Hey girls, the chocolate and girls equation is unbreakable. So, here is good news for you. Flavanols in dark chocolate, improve blood flow to the skin and increase skin density and hydration and protect against sun damage.

So eat chocolate and enjoy it, but preferably dark chocolate as it contain less sugar. However, don’t overeat.

Hope you liked this Non-stop 7 blogs and you enjoyed it. Do share your feedback.

Will meet next week.

Loads of love. Stay healthy, stay safe.
