This is the first blog of 2022 and we all are super excited for this new year!!! A new year brings new hopes, new zeal, new enthusiasm. Almost all of us make a new resolution. And few of us only stick to it. Have you included good health in your 2022 goals?
Goal setting
So when you create your goals, keep them realistic. Divide your final goal into multiple small goals.
Note down small steps which will take you towards your goal. Take action for it daily. Take out daily at least 2-3 minutes for it.
Achieving Health Goal
And as always I say concentrate on your health, invest in your health now and you will start getting much more returns in the near future. Your body will reflect what you eat.
Don’t jump on the final step at the first go. If you want to go on a weight loss journey. Don’t start starving for 10 hours on the 1st day only. This will show the reverse effect on your body. You may feel fatigued, tired, or maybe dizzy.
So, when you want to start your weight loss program, for a few days start to avoid junk food, or reduce sugar or fatty food like cheese. And then gradually add a one-one milestone to it.
Celebrate your wins
Don’t forget to complement yourself after every small win. As the human brain loves compliments, love treats, and gifts. So give some small treat to yourself which helps to stay motivated.
Also, don’t make hard and fast rules for yourself. You may consume a burger, or your favorite ice cream once in a month or two months. Your body will accept things gradually.
Don’t come under the impression of social media. Don’t force your body to eat oats as most people are eating it and flaunting it on social media. Every person is different and their body is too. Your body will not like or digest the things that other people do. So, don’t force yourself to do it with FOMO. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY.
Give some time span
When you try new food or a new routine give your body time to adjust to it. Don’t jump to the final conclusion and switch to the new routine. Give at least 2-3 months’ time to adjust to it.
Don’t fall into a false trap
Don’t fall for weight loss medicine. That won’t do much for you in the long run. The main ingredient for weight loss is a balanced diet and exercise.
Gain more knowledge about health
Read self-help books to cultivate new habits. Read different health-related articles and blogs to keep yourself motivated. Keep a habit of reading package information, that will warn you from consuming crap.
Along with diet exercises are equally important to keep you healthy. Start daily from 5 minutes walk, or 5 burpees or 5 push-ups, and then increase gradually.

- Listen to your body.
- Your body will reflect what you eat.
- Eat a healthy diet, include more fruits and vegetables in your diet.
- Drink enough water.
- Don’t underrate the importance of exercise.
- Start slowly but consistently.
- Read self-help books and try affirmations, which helps you to stay awake in the long run.
