Bell Pepper

It is the highest source of Vitamin c and antioxidants. 

It also contains most of the vitamins.

It comes in green, red and yellow colors. Green bell pepper is bitter in the test, however red and yellow are crunchy to eat.

It is mostly used in salads as it has very low calories.
