Cheat Meal Day Is Over

  • by

Hey guys, hope you liked yesterday’s blog. Yesterday was a cheat meal day for us. Today I will share dieting tips.

Nowadays people are more health-conscious.

Don’t take any kind of medicine for weight loss. Try to lose weight by diet restriction and exercise. If needed seek advice from a Dietitian.

Intermittent fasting is trending now. Most of the people used this method for weight loss. It is a very effective method. In this method, you have to keep fasting for at least 16 hours. You can gradually start from 12 hours of fasting and avoid rice. So, if you had dinner at 9 PM, till the next morning at 9, and you can increase it gradually.

Avoid rice, bakery products, and sweets, as much as you can. Try to avoid junk and ready to eat food. Drink around 3-4 liters of water daily, which will keep you hydrated. Include pulses, green leafy vegetables, and fruits in your diet. Prefers green tea, which helps to detox your body. Take more salads and sprouts in your diet. If you are non-vegetarian, you can include chicken and egg in your diet – ensure it must be boiled not fried. Avoid fried food, as much as you can.

Evening 4 to 6 is a very crucial period, where we all most probably feel hungry and we crave for evening snacks. So, try to avoid tempting fast food and eat dry fruits, makhana, murmura, or protein bars.

Dieting is not a full time fasting or avoiding food, which leads to weakness. Dieting means avoiding junk food, eating healthy food, in proper proportion. Eat every 2 hourly small, frequent healthy food.

To reduce weight and keep your self maintain, exercise plays an important role. At least a half-hour exercise or walk is necessary. Do any kind of exercising – gyming, dancing, Zoomba, swimming, or yoga, and keep yourself healthy.

Taking your leave now will meet tomorrow.

Loads of love. Stay healthy, stay safe.
