What Your Diet Should Include To Boost Immunity

Hey guys, hope you are doing well.

Now the unlock process has started and we are heading towards the NEW NORMAL. So, we have to be prepared and boost ourselves for it.

Lots of people are now asking, Is there any need to take multivitamins? What multivitamins should we take to protect ourselves from COVID?

My answer is No, no need to take any medicine for that. Instead of medicine, you can improve your dietary habit. Normal Indian diet – Dal, rice, chapati, bhaji contains lots of nutrients.

To increase hemoglobin level in your blood eat spinach, fenugreek leaves, all yellow-orange fruits which include tomatoes, carrot, beetroot, pomegranate. Dates and jaggery are the richest sources of iron which helps to increase hemoglobin. Always prepare green leafy vegetables in iron vessels instead of the non-stick pan, as while cooking it enhances more iron in it.

Lemon, tomatoes, sweet lime, orange, bell paper, and broccoli contain lots of Vitamin C. This is important to build immunity.

Soyabean, sprouts, eggs, fish, and milk are rich sources of protein. Banana, milk, custard apple, and crabs fulfill the daily requirement of calcium. Milk and sun rays are the only source of Vitamin D. Females require most of the calcium and vitamin D after menopause. So, no need to take any medicine to fulfill a requirement of it. Take early morning sunbath and you are fine.

Turmeric, garlic, and ginger are natural sources of antibiotics.

So guys, please consume at least a glass of milk daily. Include lots of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. If you are non-vegetarian, eat one egg daily, eat fish and chicken at least once in a week. Drink 3-4 liters of water daily.

Morning breakfast is much more important to boost energy and immunity. So, don’t skip it. Do breakfast like a king, lunch like soldiers, and dinner like normal citizens.

Along with a healthy diet, exercise also plays a major role to remain healthy and fit.

Loads of love. Stay healthy, stay safe.
